铝塑膜(软包)是锂电池生产的新工艺和新技术。铝塑包装膜是软包锂电池的封装材料,为多层塑料、铝箔和粘合剂组成,从而使其具有良好的塑形性和热压密封性,同时还具备良好的隔离性,非常适合作为锂电池电芯的封装材料。
2、主要应用: 
 产品主要适用于数码类锂电池的生产制造。
3、创新优势
—率先在国内实现高端热法铝塑包装膜产品的技术突破和进口替代,并成功开发电动汽车电池用钢塑膜产品。产品的性能指标与国际主流的日本铝塑膜产品性能接近。

(EC:DEC=1:1, 1M LiPF6)
•将样品切成 15mm 宽小片放入 E2 系列电解液中,在 85°C 下密闭烘烤 4 小时后取出清水洗净,在清水中浸泡 2小时后测量 CPP 与 Al 之间的拉力.
To dip the sample(15mm width) in electrolyte at 85°C for 4 hours and observe it is delaminating or not, then clean the samples with water for 2 hours and test the adhesive ability with electrolyte existed
