1. Product overview:

Aluminum laminated film (soft pack) is a new process and new technology for lithium-ion battery production. This packaging film is composed of multiple layers of plastic, aluminum foil and adhesives, so that it has good shape ability and heat seal ability, and also has good isolation, which is very suitable for lithium-ion battery packing material.

2. Main application:

Digital lithium-ion batteries.

3. Innovative advantages:

—Take the lead in realizing technological breakthroughs and import substitution of high-end thermal aluminum laminated packaging film products in China, and successfully develop steel-plastic film products for electric vehicle batteries. The performance is close to the international advanced level.

—Adopting self-developed thermal compounding process and secondary compounding process, successfully solved the problem of adhesion between the CPP layer of aluminum laminated film and aluminum metal foil layer, and successfully broke through the technical bottleneck which is restricting most domestic aluminum laminated film manufacturers.

—Independently developed a special CPP material that is resistant to electrolyte corrosion in lithium-ion batteries and solves the problem that ordinary CPP materials are not resistant to corrosion.
